Just finished dinner at HIP. Yep...I said dinner. They are now open on Thu, Fri and Sat for dinner beginning at 5PM. They will take orders from their regular daytime menu and feature one entree with side salad per night. Tonight's entree was lasagna. It was fresh, perfectly warm (not piping hot) and very tasty. The portion was generous (almost too much to eat in one sitting). The cost for lasagna and a good-sized bowl of their house salad was $14.95. This is one of the better bargains around considering the freshness of the food and that the dinner was totally vegan.
If you missed dinner tonight, there is still tomorrow and Saturday...and every Thu, Fri and Sat from now on. I say "Get HIP"!
